"French Vogue has a reputation for controversy, and this month's issue is no exception. Steven Klein shot Dutch supermodel Lara Stone in blackface makeup for a spread styled by French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld. The magazine praises Lara for the "radical break with the wave of anorexic models" she represents. Never mind that she is a size 4, and, rather than embrace her supposedly curvy figure, worries about being "the fat one..."
