Dear Genuine Gentleman,
Are there any fall fashions (or fashions in general) that guy’s don’t like?
Ok girls, I have some shocking news for you about fashion “We do not get it!” Even though we are visual animals the chances of us understanding what was “Last Season” or what is considered “Fashion Forward” are slim to none. Hell I don’t even know what “Fashion Forward” means. Now that does not mean we don’t know what looks good on you but in general we just don’t get it and it is more than likely that we will never get it.
Here are some things about fashion that all men can agree on:
- Show off your best assets. This does not mean you have to show major cleavage but find a way to emphasize your favorite body part.
- Wear the right size. Come on, I know the readers of The Well Set understand this but dear God please let the rest of the women in your age group understand this. If you are a size six then wear a six but if you are a twelve don’t be ashamed of it and wear a twelve. Big is not bad!
- No muffin tops. This means, well you know what it means. Muffin tops are gross and need to be covered up with longer shirts or loose
r jeans. Stop the top! - Oh my God I love those shoes! These are the most amazing shoes and they are only ____________ thousand dollars! Wait they don’t fit well, they pinch in the toes and they are going to leave blisters but who cares they have feathers on them!!!!!!!!!! Ya’ll are killing me. This bothers us because by the end of a night out or game day you end up walking around barefoot and we end up caring your poor fitting _________ thousand dollar shoes!
Ladies, if you feel sexy the best bet is we will find you sexy. Confidence is hot.
