s I was leaving Austin yesterday on my way to lovely Roswell, NM (yes the alien place, my mom lives near there) I decided to take advantage of the Knot Anymore massage place in the airport. Let me tell you that this place was more than accommodating as far as my travel time, prepaying to save time, luggage storage, and just overall strategy as far as where my gate was, etc.
Stephen with Knot Anymore has been a licensed massage therapist for 18
years and it really showed. It was the best $14 ($12/10 min. + tip) ever spent on a 10 minute massage in the airport. I was like mush. Take it from me, I am obsessed with massages. So, Next time you are in the Austin Bergstrom Airport by Gate 13 or Mangea Pizza stop by and get a quick rub down. I promise it will make your trip much more enjoyable.
My journey only got better as I boarded the last leg of my trip and opened up the latest edition of Sky Mall or what I refer to as the World's Most Ridiculous Catalog Ever. As I thumbed thru it I came across a pretty solid section of Sky Mall titled "Healthy Option are Easy to Make." This section not only included "The Cookie Diet," which I truly wish was real, but the "Healthy Bacon Cooker," how in the world 'bacon' and 'healthy' can be in the same sentence is beyond me.
Honestly, who buys these things?
They should just change the title of the section to "If Your Trying to Lose Weight Don't Read This" or
"If You Are a Real Idiot Then These Cookies Will Make You Skinnier."

I find the pet section of Sky Mall most entertaining... those who buy canopy beds and strollers (I prefer the leash, dogs and cats alike :) ) for their pampered pets should get a life... not to mention the contraptions that feed the pet for you... L.A.Z.Y.
