Artist to Watch: Jessica Lea Mayfield

Going through a break-up? This album is for you. Happily in a relationship? This album is for you. Jessica Lea Mayfield’s debut album, “With Blasphemy So Heartfelt” perfectly blends songs about being madly in love with songs that scream I’m independent and I like it. What’s even cooler – she was only 19 when the album came out – aka she is a BADASS.

My favorite track, “We’ve Never Lied,” boasts lyrics like “Baby, I see we’re going nowhere. I’m happier when I’m alone – oh dear, don’t look at me like that.”

Another standout song on the album is “For Today.”

This badass stand-up bassist is her brother:

Basically, I have a girl crush on Jessica Lea Mayfield and I love all of her songs a ton. You will too once you get to know her here.

"I think our concept has really pulled together. All of this started with the thought of our travels to Europe and South America, we want to create a similar experience where you can sip delicious coffees, discover new wines, or eat a some great and unique paninis, fresh salads, artisan cheese plates and a variety of European, south American and Persian pastries and desserts."
