On Friday I attempted the I-35 trek from Austin to Dallas and the normally three hour journey took nearly 6. On the road I encountered a severe flash flood in Salado, TX. That's my view from the bridge going over the flood that nearly engulfed I-35. It's raining outside now and I have to drive back to Austin today. I know Texas is in a huge drought, but please understand when I say that when it rains, it pours and that I can't stand the rain...
