Nothing puts me in the mood for some new fall duds like the Beach Boys. Very few of their songs give me as much joy as the one above. I've chosen some looks from Chloe's Fall RTW 2009 line that really distinguish the trends of the season. Chloe's relatively new designer Hannah McGibbon is picking up a lot of buz and has many famous fans.
Trends to watch: Over the knee boots. Velvet. White. One shoulder styles. Ruffles. Blazers.
